Do you access the old server?
No. We do not log in by any method, clean, delete, restore, investigate, or perform incident response on the old environment.
Can you reuse copy or images?
Only fresh source materials the customer verifies and has the right to use. We do not copy executable material or reuse old administrator credentials.
Are commerce or booking included?
No. Commerce, booking, accounts, search, multilingual work, email migration, and other custom functionality require a separate scope.
Will you confirm that my site is compromised?
No. We may describe public indicators, but confirmation requires owner-side access to the administration area, server, files, and logs by an appropriate specialist.
Why is there a 12-month term?
The rebuild has no setup fee because its cost is spread across the subscription. Final cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase.
